The atmosphere in the restaurant is lively, and it's fun to choose from the menu. The fried chicken made with sudachi chicken is juicy and flavorful. The country-style konjac kinpira is packed with ingredients, and its sweet and spicy flavor leaves a lasting impression. The sweet and sour sauce with meatballs containing lotus root has a crisp texture that adds an accent, perfectly complementing the moderate sweetness and sourness. The wakame rice has just the right amount of saltiness, is fluffy, and very easy to eat. The bento with mackerel marinated in mirin also has a noticeable sweetness and umami from the mirin.

I am happy that they fry it after ordering, so I can enjoy it fresh. The mackerel marinated in mirin has a good balance of sweetness and umami, and it pairs perfectly with rice. The chicken tender cream cheese fry has a fragrant shiso leaf and a refreshing aftertaste. The eggplant tempura has a light batter, and adding a little soy sauce enhances its aroma. The potato salad has fluffy potatoes, and the crunchiness of the cucumber and carrot is nice. The sweet and sour lotus root meatballs and seaweed rice are also well-balanced, and all of them have a comforting taste.
