The cuisine is centered around Japanese dishes, offering a wide range of flavors from sashimi and sushi to soba noodles. The sashimi has no unpleasant odor, is perfectly fatty, and very delicious. The grilled fish is moist and has a refined level of saltiness. Among the fried dishes, the fried horse mackerel is particularly impressive, with its freshly fried crispiness and clear flavor being outstanding. The spicy sauce that accompanies the fried chicken is also good, and the soft-boiled egg fry is addictive. You can relax at the counter or in the tatami seating, slowly enjoying sake, sushi, and soba.
