The Dark Circus A buffet with international cuisine using fall ingredients ✧Д✧) Ka! I attended a wonderful tasting (థ公థ...) The Hilton Nagoya is located on the first floor of the Hilton Nagoya, with a ceiling over 12 meters high and an atrium that extends to the third floor. Temperature check, disinfection, wearing masks except for meals, and marking intervals (; ・・`д・´)... I feel relieved first of all by the solid measures against corona ( థ公థ...). The explanation of the social distance in the restaurant, and the smooth guidance to our seats, made me feel good and toast with wine (๑̀ㅂ́)و✧. The theme of the buffet changes with each season...this time it was "The Dark Circus", a mysterious and dark view of the circus world (; ・・`д・´) The sweets, such as the clown cheesecake, were in the atmosphere of the circus. The chef prepares the dishes in front of you at the "Hot Corner," which has a menu recommended by the chef. ⚪︎ Chita Happy Pork from Aichi Prefecture - Roasted Bone-in Arm with Apricot Glaze ⚪︎ Bistecca alla Fiorentina Another wonderful meat (; ・・`д・´)and the way they cut it so vividly and flicked the black pepper was so cool (; ・・`д・´) And then...the spiced curry, a staple at this buffet...(๑-̀ㅂ́)و✧The way they waved at us in a friendly manner made me feel all warm and fuzzy( ✧Д✧) Kakk!
