I was able to sit at the counter right away, but then people kept coming in, making it lively. The soy sauce ramen has a fragrant ginger aroma, with a light texture that is delicious. The rice is from Tago and the grains are uniform, moist, and you can taste the umami the more you chew. The ginger pork is tender with soft pork belly, and the side of cabbage and tomato pairs well. The miso soup with tofu and wakame has a proper flavor that brings a sense of calm. There are also combinations of fried chicken, garlic grilled dishes, ramen, and mini rice bowls, and overall the portions are substantial, providing satisfaction.
