At the counter, you can see the tempura being fried right in front of you, which is exciting. The tempura is freshly fried with a light batter, and the shrimp and shiitake mushrooms are particularly full of flavor. The salt-flavored tempura bowl has salt on the top layer and sauce on the bottom layer, allowing you to enjoy two different tastes in one bowl. The top layer, with perilla leaves, shrimp, and shiitake mushrooms, is refreshing and goes down easily. The set meal also includes tempura, sashimi, salad, and simmered dishes, all of which have a well-balanced taste. The atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant, and you can enjoy a highly satisfying meal.
