The chicken and green onion broth in the Torinegi-tsuke soba, as well as the flavorful eggplant and dried fish flake topping in the Nasu Negi Niboshi-tsuke soba, are highly recommended. It feels nice to be able to eat while feeling the breeze on the terrace seats. When I sat down, I was served cold water and semi-thawed plums, which instantly relieved the heat. The handmade, delicate soba was fragrant and easy to slurp. The mini bowl with crispy fried cutlet coated in a sweet sauce was also substantial and very satisfying. The pudding made from buckwheat was chewy, and the combination with black syrup is addictive. The careful flavors reflect the owner's love for cooking, making me want to try various items on the menu.
