Exquisite eel raised in our own eel farm

Charcoal-Grilled Eel Yamaei is a specialty restaurant that expertly steams and grills eels raised in our own eel farm by Lake Hamana. The interior features soothing jazz music, allowing you to enjoy a refined experience. The white grilled eel is particularly exceptional, with its refreshing flavor enhanced by salt and wasabi soy sauce. Be sure to visit and savor the eel dishes crafted with years of skill and dedication.

The interior was very clean and new, and although it took a little time for the eel to come out, the smell of it being grilled made me look forward to it. The eel was grilled to perfection and was delicious. The sauce was not too overpowering, and I enjoyed it until the very end.

It was very delicious. We visited as a family and arrived before the scheduled time. As soon as it was time, they guided us to our reserved seats. My husband, who is not fond of Kanto-style eel, was also satisfied. I want to go again.

I change restaurants once a month to compare tastes, and this place ranks high for me. Kanto style kabayaki, rice, sauce, pickles, and soup were all delicious.
