In a shop with only a counter, you can slowly savor freshly fried dishes. The tempura set meal is served one item at a time, allowing you to enjoy a balanced selection of shrimp, fish, anago (conger eel), and vegetables. The shrimp is plump, and the textures of the eggplant, pumpkin, maitake mushrooms, and onions are all enjoyable, with a light batter that feels pleasant. The rice is cooked perfectly, and eating it with the clam miso soup makes it even more delightful. The small side dishes change daily and have a gentle flavor that is comforting. The rice bowls are also appealing, with plenty of shrimp and scallops in the crispy tempura, which has a clear sweetness.
