This is a warm sushi restaurant rooted in the local community. The cozy interior features a counter and a small raised area, where the collaboration between the head chef and the owner is pleasant. The sushi is prepared in a traditional style, and the aroma of the anago (conger eel) and the sauce are particularly memorable. The lunch menu includes not only sushi and maki rolls but also chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), red miso soup, small side dishes, salad, and fruit, providing a satisfying experience. The attention to detail with the oshibori (wet towels) and tea cups is also appreciated, making for a comfortable visit. As this is a popular restaurant with many reservation calls, it's advisable to contact them before your visit.
