We could order any dish we wanted, including assorted sashimi, oyster tempura, torotaku, and tiger prawns. The oyster tempura was tastier than the fried oysters. Also, the tiger prawns were made into sushi on the spot from the fish tank. The balance between the neta and rice is important, and this place was reliable and delicious. In particular, the kensaki squid, striped horse mackerel, sea urchin, and negitoro rolls are a must-try. I was impressed with the way the owner procured the sea urchin. After the meal, the owner's homemade sherbet is a perfect ending to a fulfilling meal. This is a restaurant I would like to use for a meal with an important person.
