In a calm space just a short walk from the station, I felt excited the moment I entered. The starter platter included a variety of dishes such as duck in broth and mackerel spring rolls, all of which had a gentle aroma of dashi. In particular, the fluffy mackerel spring rolls had no fishy smell and had a light texture like white fish, which impressed me. The taro potato fries seasoned with dashi had a thin coating and were comfortingly delicious, making them perfect for pairing with drinks. As a meat lover, I was enamored by the tenderness of the red meat from the black Kaba beef, and I was also surprised by the rich flavor of the wild boar. The warm service from the young proprietress and the variety of sake allowed me to enjoy my time comfortably until the end.
