Italian cuisine has a gentle taste that suits the Japanese. The number of appetizers varies depending on the course, but the marinated dishes are particularly outstanding. The sardine saor with dried grapes offers a taste of authentic regional cuisine. The homemade ham is slowly marinated in a saumur solution and cooked at a low temperature, giving it a moist texture. The pasta is made with mascarpone and lemon. The main dish, chicken breast cutlet, is well cooked and the Parmigiano-Reggiano and lemon stimulate the appetite. We enjoyed a delicious lunch, a lunch drink, and a conversation with the chef about Tuscan cuisine. I would like to visit the restaurant again in the evening with a glass of Tuscan wine.
