The handmade feel of the interior is warm and immediately makes you feel at ease. The friendly owner makes conversations over the counter enjoyable, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The beer I ordered first was perfectly chilled, and the refreshing taste is excellent. The appetizers, such as the vinegared dish and simmered gizzards, are flavorful and make you want to keep drinking. The sashimi, especially the fatty tuna and fresh octopus, is particularly impressive, and the grilled silver flounder is fragrant and fluffy. You can feel the quality of the handmade dishes in the motsunabe (beef tripe hot pot) and homemade char siu, as well as the fact that they share a kitchen with the bento shop next door.
