They serve one piece at a time at the counter, allowing you to enjoy it at a good pace. The toppings like tuna, flounder, and amberjack are fresh, with beautifully cut pieces that are rich in flavor. The tamagoyaki is also delicious, with a gentle sweetness. The chawanmushi has a mild taste, allowing the flavors of the ingredients to shine through. The red miso soup has a strong umami from the fish, providing satisfaction even in the aftertaste. With cheerful greetings, attentive service, and beautifully presented seafood chirashi, the overall experience is very enjoyable.
