The cuisine of South India is abundant and exciting. There is also a banana leaf meal, which is plentiful and fun. The mutton curry is hearty with bones, allowing you to enjoy the difference between the mild and spicy types. The shrimp curry has a gentle sauce, is aromatic, and is hard to resist. The combination of South Indian-style paratha with chicken korma or mutton curry is also excellent. There are biryani, basmati rice, and meen kolambu, all of which provide a sense of satisfaction.
