When you place your order, she carefully cooks the okonomiyaki right in front of you, allowing you to enjoy it at your own pace even if you're alone. The fluffy yellow batter is enriched with the richness of eggs, and the chewy texture of squid and shrimp adds a nice accent. The homemade-style mayonnaise is light, resulting in a dish that is not overly greasy. The cheerful conversations of regular customers and the warm interactions with the proprietress create a homely atmosphere. The enticing aroma of yakisoba and flat udon noodles wafting from the grill is also appealing, making your stomach growl just by being in front of the teppan.
