When I stopped by, the thickly sliced tongue was very tender and made me happy. The fatty parts melted in my mouth, and it was so delicious that I couldn't help but want to order more rice. The tripe had a pleasant chewiness, and the more I bit into it, the more the flavor spread, which was the best. The meat was well-seasoned, and it tasted great on its own. The shredded cabbage on the side, coated with the original mayonnaise, made for a nice palate cleanser. The counter and tables are spaciously arranged, creating a lively atmosphere with many foreign guests, making it a relaxing place to be.
