When you go down to the basement, a calm and well-lit space unfolds, which is exciting. I ordered the Noto chicken wrapped in kelp, and from the first bite, I was filled with happiness from its gentle umami and the aroma of the kelp. The shabu-shabu pot has an exquisite texture of the meat, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. There is also a rich variety of skewers, including beef tongue, grilled eel liver, and ginkgo skewers, which make the drinks flow easily. The sake is generously poured into the glass, which inevitably brings a smile to my face. There is also a wide variety of drinks, including cocktails and shochu, making it a perfect place to relax and drink with friends.
