The house has a calm atmosphere, and both the counter and tables are easy to use. It's reassuring to have parking available on the premises. The selection of local sake is abundant, making the choosing process exciting. The grilled sweetfish with scales and the sake-steamed bluefish are fragrant, allowing you to fully appreciate the flavors of the sea. I was satisfied with the rich offerings, including Noto beef, snow crab, sea bream rice, and sandfish dumpling soup. The meticulous preparation of Japanese cuisine pairs perfectly with the sake, and you can enjoy it whether in a course or as individual dishes.
