An izakaya experience enjoyed with exquisite gyoza

Hitokuchi Gyoza no Itadaki Kochi Ohashidori is an izakaya that captivates many visitors with its freshly made gyoza, which are simply outstanding. Despite their small size, these gyoza are packed with flavor, making it no surprise that there are many repeat customers. Additionally, the unique system where drinks become more affordable the more you consume is another appealing feature.

This shop, located very close to Hirome Market, has a casual atmosphere that makes it easy to stop by. The bite-sized gyoza features a crunchy texture from the vegetables and can be eaten quickly with its thin skin. The boiled gyoza is appealing with its broth infused with umami, making you want to drink it all up to the last drop. The dish combining homemade chicken miso and garlic chili oil with green peppers is also fragrant and addictive. The simple yet satisfying dishes like grilled avocado and squid are highly enjoyable. The shop has a relaxed vibe, making it a wonderful place to enjoy a drink and have fun even if you're alone.
