In a family-friendly and relaxing space, you can take off your shoes and spend time leisurely. The soba tea and pickles served at the beginning have a gentle taste that eases your mind. The thin, smooth soba has a wonderful aroma, and it pairs perfectly with the flavorful dipping sauce. The freshly fried assortment includes sweet potatoes, enoki mushrooms, beans, and eggplant, and I was surprised to find an apple dish as well. You can enjoy it refreshingly with salt or matcha, and in the end, you can savor the soba broth deliciously. You can relax while gazing at the dishes and the garden, and you feel a sense of happiness from the commitment to homegrown ingredients.
