Upon entering the shop, I was greeted by the sight of a stone mill and a wooden preparation table, conveying their commitment to hand-made noodles. The cheerful greetings from the couple and their attentive service made me feel relaxed right away. The signature soba with radish features thin radish that pairs well with the noodles, and the dipping sauce, rich in bonito broth, is a perfect match. The freshly fried tempura has a light texture, with shrimp and vegetables each offering rich flavors. The Ayume seiro, with a faint aroma of plum, has a refreshing aftertaste thanks to the grated radish. Finally, pouring in the creamy soba broth brought back the aroma of the soba in my mouth, leaving me feeling happy.
