When I sat at the counter, the chef casually greeted me, and I felt relieved in the relaxed atmosphere. I ordered a sushi set for lunch, and first, I was served red miso soup and chawanmushi, both of which had a rich dashi flavor and a pleasant aroma. The sushi that followed had thick toppings and a good balance with the rice, providing satisfaction with each piece. In addition to the classics like salmon, shrimp, and squid, the recommended white fish of the day was also fresh and flavorful. The style of receiving the sushi directly from the conveyor belt, rather than from the table, was delightful as I could enjoy it fresh. Even the coffee served as a complimentary after the meal was delicious, leaving me feeling happy until the very end.
