In a calm and traditional atmosphere, you can relax. The wall menu offers a variety of noodles, rice bowls, and set meals, making it hard to choose. The keiran features a thick egg with a hint of ginger, perfectly complementing the soft noodles. The Chinese soba has a clear broth based on Japanese dashi with a kick of pepper, pairing well with bean sprouts, green onions, kamaboko, rich chashu, and seaweed. The maki sushi has a balanced vinegar flavor, and the sweetness of the dried gourd is enhanced by the saltiness of the pickled ginger, bringing everything together. Inari and mackerel sushi also have a moist texture, allowing you to enjoy a taste reminiscent of the past.
