The thinly cut soba noodles are fragrant and have a pleasant elasticity that enhances with each bite. The dipping sauce has a sharp umami flavor and a refreshing aftertaste. The cold soba with grated daikon is exciting with plenty of toppings like shrimp tempura, eggplant tempura, and squid tempura. The combination of grated daikon, ginger, green onions, and seaweed allows the aroma of the dashi to gently spread. The marinated mackerel sushi has a light firmness and rich flavor, with a strikingly smooth fat. The staff's subtle attentiveness is warm and comforting.
