In a cozy little shop with a retro atmosphere, you immediately feel the vibe of Okinawa. The sea grapes have a fun, popping texture and pair well with the accompanying sauce. The goya champuru has a subdued bitterness, making it very easy and delicious to eat. The Okinawa soba has a gentle umami from bonito and pork, and the smooth noodles go down easily. The jimami tofu is smooth and rich, with a subtle sweetness that becomes addictive. The menu also includes rafute and mimiga, allowing you to enjoy various Okinawan dishes.
