Bolognese + Vegetable Plate with Hojicha I visited the basement restaurant BEN for a holiday lunch. I don't think I would have noticed the restaurant if I wasn't told it was there. The simple concrete flooring of the restaurant has a large L-shaped counter. It is very stylish. I would love to be in a restaurant like this. The vegetable plate is mainly root vegetables. The simple seasoning allows you to enjoy the taste of the ingredients. The slightly spicy flavor warms you up. The bolognese is filled with minced meat. It is not too sweet and the herb accent is delicious. I like that the drink is hojicha. A relaxing lunch at a secluded restaurant. I was filled with a mature holiday feeling (vocabulary).
