The main store in Matsudo is so popular that you have to wait several hours for a table, but I happened to find it in Chiba Station, so I was sucked in (laughs). There were about 15 people waiting outside, so I purchased a meal ticket, arrived at the end of the line, and waited for my turn. While waiting in line, I was asked what I wanted to order, so my bowl of rice arrived within 5 minutes after I entered the restaurant. The tsukemen is a few slurps of noodles without dipping them in the soup first? The noodles are warm and soft. A bit disappointing at a level that makes you wonder if it was made up in your head. The soup is delicious. It is rich but not too rich, and if you are not careful, you can finish the soup. But the noodles are not so good. Maybe it is a message from the restaurant that says, "If you want good noodles, go to the main store" by daring to offer disappointing noodles.

Don't give up if you're in line, the flow is fast! * * #Tsukemen Club [Matsudo Tomita Mengyo]. * Located in JR Chiba station. There was a huge line! But don't give up! But don't give up, because the restaurant is spacious and you'll be able to move fast. * I'm going to go back to Tomita again. Tomita family again: ‼️ And yet I've never been to the original one. * Yup! Delicious without any complaints‼️ I quite like the thin chashu pork: ❤️ It's got a lot of flavor. I could be satisfied with just this and a beer lol * The soup was thicker and the quantity seemed larger than other restaurants! I guess I'm getting used to tsukemen. LOL! It's thick and tasty! The soup was also delicious with more yuzu (yuzu citrus). ☺️ * Also, the couple next to us ordered dumplings. They looked so delicious! They were big and I looked them up later and found out that they were made of Kashiwa Gensho pork. I found out later that they use Kashiwa Genjo pork for the filling.
