In the small space, the warmth reminiscent of an old coffee shop remains, allowing for a leisurely time. The service is so smooth that it’s hard to believe the owner is managing everything alone, and I was able to enjoy my meal without any stress. The mushroom ravioli as an appetizer was fragrant, and my heart raced at the unknown combination. The sautéed squid and roasted sago fish had a fluffy texture, and the umami of the ingredients was clearly felt. The venison steak was rich without being gamey, and it paired excellently with red wine. The fig gratin and chocolate terrine I had for dessert were rich yet not heavy, leaving me in a happy mood until the very end.

The cozy interior of the restaurant has a calm atmosphere, allowing for a relaxed dining experience. I was impressed that even though the owner-chef manages everything alone, the dishes were served at a good pace. The assorted appetizers included a variety of quiches and pâtés, all of which were rich in flavor. The fish dish, poêlé, had no unpleasant smell, and the flesh was plump, making the soup delicious as well. The meat dishes, such as venison steak and stuffed rabbit, were powerful and brought a smile to my face with their generous portions. Finally, the fig gratin and chocolate terrine we had for dessert were rich and left us completely satisfied.
