Pfad is a café located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, boasting delicious sweets and pancakes. The pancakes are fluffy, featuring a dough reminiscent of cream puff pastry, perfectly balanced with custard-like cream and ice cream. Additionally, the sweets made with freshly baked bread are not overly sweet, offering a sophisticated flavor. This is a cozy shop surrounded by tranquil greenery, where the warmth of wood is pleasant. The interior is compact, but there is enough vertical space to relax comfortably. You can choose how your coffee is brewed, and it has a nice aroma and is easy to drink. They also sell beans, which is great for taking home as a souvenir. The dessert topped with freshly baked bread, ice cream, whipped cream, and red bean paste has the perfect combination of hot and cold, making it easy to enjoy. The hamburger also allowed me to fully appreciate the flavor of the meat, and I was satisfied.
