The atmosphere is cozy, with a counter at the center that allows for a relaxed seating experience. The first dish that comes out is surprising, and the sushi and yuba are carefully prepared, creating excitement. The sashimi is beautifully arranged, and each bite spreads its deliciousness. The gentle dashi, leaning towards Kansai style, creates a sense of unity even with the fragrant grilled rice ball chazuke. The pot with green onions and tuna, spring rolls with cod milt, smoked ankimo, and dengaku with fresh gluten all show creativity and are enjoyable. The interactions with the staff are warm, making it comfortable to spend time alone.
