It is easy to find as it is located along the street, and it is within walking distance from the station. The interior is more spacious than I imagined, allowing for a relaxing time at the large teppan counter and tables. The soba, which is stir-fried after being boiled once, has a chewy texture and a pleasant roasted aroma. The sweetness of the coarsely chopped cabbage stands out, and it is nicely combined into a thick layer. Sauces and spices are available, allowing you to adjust the flavor to your liking. The efficient staff cooks it for you, and you can enjoy it in a warm atmosphere.
