A restaurant famous for its juicy hamburgers overflowing with meat juices

At Restaurant Monterey, the star of the show is the juicy hamburger that bursts with meat juices. The homemade demi-glace sauce, simple yet rich in flavor, enhances the deliciousness of the hamburger even further. You can also enjoy homemade bread and fragrant pasta alongside the tender hamburger. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is pleasant, providing a blissful experience that remains unchanged with every visit.

This is a classy Western-style restaurant in the Urabandai area. Sunlight streams in through the large windows, making you feel good just by sitting there. The signature hamburger steak has a smooth texture, is full of meat juices, and pairs well with the rich demi-glace sauce. The mentaiko pasta has a mild spiciness and is generously filled with mentaiko, making it easy to eat. The sandwiches have a nostalgic flavor, with a rich taste of tomatoes and cucumbers that is satisfying. I enjoyed a leisurely meal in a beautiful interior and a quiet atmosphere.
