It is close to the station and easy to enter, with a relaxed atmosphere inside that feels comfortable. The meat menu is extensive, and you can feel the careful preparation in each dish. The sakura don features tender cherry blossom meat bound with egg, and the aroma of garlic chives and grated yuzu spreads pleasantly. The beef hamburger has a light demi-glace that pairs well with onions and fried garlic, providing a satisfying experience. The cold beef is thinly sliced and seared only on the outside, allowing you to enjoy its cool, melting texture and the sweetness of the fat. The beef for sukiyaki is cut into thick sticks, and when combined with onions, green onions, and mushrooms, the umami spreads throughout, making it very delicious.
