The atmosphere is calm in the side street of the shopping district, and it feels very comfortable. There are counters and tables, and many regulars, creating a lively environment. The first dish that came out, a tomato appetizer, was surprisingly sweet, showcasing the chef's excellent selection. The fried chicken with namerou and shio-koji, stir-fried wood ear mushrooms and eggs, and the salad with celery and dried squid were all irresistibly delicious. The ginkgo nuts, sake lees cream cheese, and beef tongue curry pasta were also impressive, and the finishing dish of yakisoba with a thick sauce was particularly satisfying. The draft beer is well-managed and surprisingly tasty, and you can enjoy shochu and sake according to your mood for the day.
