Soy Sauce @ Akimoto (Ichigao) ￥750 ◆◇*─*◇◆*─*◆◇*─*◇◆*─*◆◇* While visiting the ward office, my mother and I went to a famous restaurant in Ichigao. I didn't know there was a highly rated restaurant in such a minor area 😳. There was almost no space between neighbors. The restaurant is very small, with only 6 seats at the counter, But even after 2pm, there was still a line 👫👬👬👬. The noodles are a little thick for soy sauce ramen. The medium-thick, flat, frizzy noodles are very nice. The chicken and pork casserole is soft and tender. The soup is also aromatic. Noodle House Akimoto Nighttime only - Bonito Miso Tsukemen It has a unique aroma and a round richness combined with minced meat. The soup is filled with a lot of pork. It is heavy when taken by itself, but when served with flat noodles, it is a wonderfully smooth and easy to eat.
