It is a casual style where you buy a meal ticket at the entrance and then take a seat. The hand-made soba is thick and has a firm texture, and the aroma of the grains spreads as you chew. The dipping sauce has a gentle flavor, but when mountain delicacies like bamboo shoots, bracken, and mushrooms are added, the umami deepens significantly. The tempura of maitake mushrooms has a light batter and a wonderful aroma that impressed me. The inari sushi has a modest sweetness, which pairs perfectly with the soba. The atmosphere of eating together at shared tables is enjoyable, and by the time I left the restaurant feeling full, my heart was also warmed.
