A short walk from Senkawa Station leads to a calm shop that has been renovated from a single-family home, which is exciting. The counter is cozy, while the tatami and table seating are spacious, creating a comforting, homey atmosphere. The recommended yakitori uses shamo chicken, allowing you to enjoy just the right amount of chewiness and juiciness at the same time, which is delightful. In particular, the stamina chicken thigh is enhanced with fragrant garlic, and just one skewer gives you a boost of energy. The unique style of eating shamo chicken hot pot dipped in egg is also impressive, with rich flavors that last all the way to the final rice porridge. The gentle owner and the local customers create a harmonious atmosphere, making it easy to linger longer than intended.
