This is a shop rooted in the local community where you can enter without any pressure. The rice is very delicious, and the harmony with the toppings is pleasant. You can request the sushi to your liking, and I was satisfied with the tuna, salmon, and salmon roe. You can also enjoy local flavors like grilled scallops and miso with shellfish, which pairs well with alcohol. The owner seems quiet at first but has a talkative side, and I felt a warm hospitality. Each dish has a calm flavor, and even if you stop by casually, you will be thoroughly satisfied.
