The name of the restaurant reads Laughing Walk (Ehu). It is located about 10 meters away from "Menya Sorazuki," which I posted earlier. As you may have guessed, it's been a while since I've had lunch here (yay!). Special Chinese noodles (1000 yen) The soup is made of chicken stock and dried sardines, and although I don't know the composition, I personally love it. The noodles are made of whole wheat flour, and when you grab a few noodles with chopsticks, you can feel them coming in thick and crunchy. The toppings of menma (pickled bamboo shoots) have a nice texture, and the two kinds of chashu pork are also delicious. With only L-shaped counter seats in the restaurant, I thought the turnover might be fast, but it was a little slow. However, it is understandable if they serve ramen with such attention to detail. I mean, with this quality, it might be one of the fastest. Next time, I think I'll have tsukemen, which the person next to me seemed to enjoy.

Personally, this is my favorite ramen restaurant in Yokohama City right now. I think the only weak point is its location, about a 10-minute walk from Tsunashima Station on the Toyoko Line. A large bowl of tsuke-soba (850 yen + 120 yen) I know several ramen shops with good soup and homemade noodles, but everything offered here, from the toppings (chashu pork, menma, and nori) is really delicious, and it is nice to know that all the tastes are taken care of so that they do not fight each other. When you arrive at the plate, the first thing you do is take a couple of noodles without adding anything and eat them, and your mouth is filled with the aroma of wheat. Once you are convinced of the deliciousness of the noodles, all you have to do is eat the tsuke-soba without thinking about anything else. The large portion is quite large, but you will finish it in no time. It was a sunny holiday, so we waited about an hour after we arrived at the restaurant around 1:30 p.m., but considering the wait time at Tagano, where the owner trained, it was short enough. If you can get such good ramen, it's a piece of cake, thank you very much for the treat.
