I went to a restaurant near Kimitsu Station where I could enjoy Japanese cuisine. It has a calm atmosphere where you take off your shoes to enter, and the private table seats are comfortable. First, an appetizer and a pre-meal drink were served, and the dishes were brought out in a good order. The kaiseki included appetizers, fish cake soup, sashimi, chawanmushi, grilled fish, and tempura, all prepared with care and rich in flavor. I could feel the local ingredients from Chiba, and I was satisfied with the takikomi gohan (seasoned rice) and red miso soup, as well as the dessert. You can also choose sukiyaki or A5 rank steak, allowing you to leisurely enjoy a feast of Japanese cuisine.
