This is a calm atmosphere shop located just a short walk from the station. The chef prepares sushi right in front of you at the counter, allowing you to enjoy it fresh. When you order a drink, sushi is served as a complimentary side, which gives you a nice feeling of getting a little extra. I particularly love the chawanmushi with a rich dashi flavor and the uniquely seasoned grilled fish. The nigiri has a light color on the rice, and the neatly cut toppings make it easy to eat, showcasing the careful craftsmanship.
