This is a restaurant that makes use of a space that used to be a sushi shop. The grill is of a type where the fire is not visible, which is great because it produces very little smoke. The beef tongue, sagari, salted offal, and pork belly are all delicious, making it hard to stop eating. Himalayan rock salt and freshly ground pepper are available, allowing for a change in flavor. The staff grill the food efficiently, so you can eat with peace of mind. The staff are also quick and pleasant, which explains why there are regular customers.
