Right in front of JR Nanjō Station, the interior of the shop, where you take off your shoes, is calming. It has a compact layout with a counter and a sunken kotatsu private room, allowing for a relaxed experience. The soba made from buckwheat flour from Echizen City has a good color and aroma, and the soba karinto served first is delightful. The grated soba, where you can choose the spiciness, pairs perfectly with the sharp dipping sauce and spicy radish. The tempura for the tempura grated soba is crispy, and you can enjoy ingredients like green peppers, eggplant, pumpkin, and shrimp. Ending with soba-yu to taste the karinto is also excellent, and you can be satisfied with the mini katsudon set for lunch or the grated soba for dinner.
