I think this restaurant is a hidden gem. The location is inaccessible, so you need a car or motorcycle to get there, and in the winter, the roads can be icy, so it is harder to get there by motorcycle. However, it is a really good Italian restaurant and worth going. The chef is not only a teacher at Tsuji Culinary Institute, but also trained in France when he was young. The chef does everything by himself, from taking orders to cooking to paying the bill, so it can take a while during busy times, but the food is well worth it. All of the pizzas and pastas are delicious, especially the cheese risotto, which is only served when large chunks of Parmegiano Reggiano are in stock. However, due to current availability, the next time it will be offered is not yet determined.
