We enjoyed the dumpling sampler. Three types of dumplings are offered in a varied lineup: vinegared dumplings, carrot dumplings, and deep-fried dumplings. The sweetness of the cabbage is utilized in the bean paste, and the juicy, thin, stretchy skin is delicious. The chive gyoza is wrapped in a skin so thin you can see through the tightly packed chives. They go great with beer. The owner's pickles are also excellent, with just the right amount of salt to preserve the freshness of the vegetables. All the gyoza are delicious and the nuka-zuke is superb, so be sure to visit!
