The restaurant is owned by Resort Trust, which operates the membership resort hotel EXIV. On the second floor of Via Shirakawa, There are two types of rooms: teppanyaki room and French room, On this day, I had the teppanyaki lunch. They accept reservations one year in advance, so it is perfect for anniversaries🥺. In the past Hamburg steak used to be famous and very popular, but that ended about 3 years ago 😮. Now, they only offer course meals. Teppanyaki cuisine with a live atmosphere, It was fun, delicious, and a great time. The chef was very attentive and explained everything in detail. If you have not yet made your teppanyaki debut, or if you want to please your date, this might be the place for you! If you want to please your date, this might be a good place to make your debut! ✨Please take someone with you who you think will enjoy it! We had the Hida beef course, The Hida beef steak was delicious, and of course, I loved the bubbly ponzu sauce. ❣️ And... Lobster is cooked in different ways depending on the season. Now it's in spring rolls. ↑upAt first, I couldn't see the lobster because it was rolled up. I was feeling a little sad.
