You can spend a relaxing time at the counter, making it a pleasant experience from the start. The white flesh of deep-sea fish from the prefecture has a clear flavor, and the aroma of the skin and salt enhances its umami. The fresh sea urchin from Hokkaido has a melting sweetness, and changing the condiments brings out different expressions, which is enjoyable. The lunch of steak rice bowl topped with sea urchin perfectly combines tender meat with rich ocean flavors. The fried sweet shrimp has a crispy and light texture, and the seasoning of salt is superb. The homemade Mineoka tofu and the dish of somen noodles with flavorful broth are elegant, providing satisfaction until the very end.
