As you step into the store, you are greeted by a display of film cameras and old record players, creating an atmosphere where time seems to flow slowly. In addition to table seating, there is a tatami corner, which is appreciated for allowing a calm dining experience. The service from the cheerful and gentle staff makes you feel at ease and brings a smile to your face. The crispy batter-coated white fish fry is tender on the inside and pairs perfectly with rice. The hamburger, simmered slowly, is generously coated in a rich demi-glace sauce, and when eaten with miso soup, it offers a delightful blend of Western and Japanese flavors. Even the sweet and tangy dessert of figs and rare cheese that comes out at the end is made with care, leaving you excited until the very last bite.
