The other day, I was lured by the aroma of freshly baked noodles and went to try these grilled noodles. The medium-thick noodles, which are thoroughly grilled after boiling, have a crispy exterior and a chewy interior, providing an excellent texture. The savory sauce is rich yet has a sharp saltiness that pairs well with the crunchy bean sprouts. You can choose toppings like tender beef tendon and fried egg, allowing for a fun variation in flavor. By adding extra sauce or sprinkle seaweed from the table, I couldn't put my chopsticks down until the very end. Thanks to the carefully crafted noodles and the fragrant sauce, I found myself finishing it in no time.
